Some couples just give me all the excitement. Kacee and Josh are one of them. I’ve known these two for ages – Josh I went to middle school with, and Kacee I met through youth group events back in the day. It’s absolutely insane to have seen their relationship as teenagers develop from day one into the almost-married adults they are now.

It was at carwash fundraiser for a mission trip where Kacee COULD NOT get Josh to leave her side. Being the persistent guy that he is, he followed her around from car to car, not really getting anything done, making any effort possible to make her laugh. That day, he told her he would marry her one day. And she thought that was the creepiest thing anyone had ever said to her.

LITTLE DID SHE KNOW….

She fell hard for him and years later in December of 2016, Josh surprised Kacee by secretly decorating the house and asking her to be his wife, fulfilling his promise from years earlier.
