Kate and Sam had the most magical, sweetest, and relaxed wedding. Taking place at their home, they DIY’d and Etsy’d this wedding until it was completely personal to them as the laid-back, outdoorsy, animal-obsessed couple that they are. They decked out their pet chickens and ducks in bowties, threw flowery wreaths around their dog’s necks, pitched a tent and a dance floor in their backyard, brought in a pig roast, beer tent, and cornhole, and just relaxed with their friends and family the entire day.

This wedding had some of the most genuine and inviting people who wore their hearts on their sleeves in support of the couple. The look of pride on the parent’s faces was heartwarming. The tears in the eyes of grandparents as they danced with their loved ones made me tear up a bit. The heartfelt speeches given by so many family members encapsulated how overjoyed everyone was for the couple.
