Elizabeth and Derek, together since the dawn of time, so it seems. They had met back in high school, getting to know eachother over piano lessons every week and coming to find out how in sync they are. It was April 2010 when Derek first asked Elizabeth out on a date and since then, April has stood as a cornerstone of their relationship’s timeline. In April of this year, Derek took Elizabeth to a quiet park and asked her to be his wife. At seven years since the start of their relationship, with all they had been through together, Elizabeth said yes. They chose April 2019 as the month they will be married.

These two have such an incredible comfort in eachother, knowing everything about the other person so intricately and completely. They know they’re with the right person and choose eachother every day. They’re gonna last, no doubt about that!

Kent Falls provided one of the most beautiful and natural backdrops. Paired with the changing colors of October, this session was so quintessentially New England it should be its own calendar. People had flocked to this park from every part of the world, never have I heard that many languages from my little corner of the US! I knew Derek and Elizabeth had chosen something special.
