A Greenhouse on the River Wedding in New Boston, New Hampshire

Kaelyn and Evan’s Greenhouse on the River wedding in New Boston, New Hampshire was pure summer joy. These two have known each other since childhood, and this wasn’t even their first wedding…they’d had a quiet, intimate ceremony a year prior with just their closest people. This was their chance to renew vows in front of a bigger crowd and throw the laid-back, laughter-filled celebration of their dreams.

From the moment I stepped into the greenhouse, my jaw dropped. The glass walls, the warm golden light, the sea of color…it felt like stumbling into a secret garden party in a fairytale. If you’re hunting for unique New Hampshire wedding venues, Greenhouse on the River is an absolute gem.

A Chill Start to the Day

Kaelyn got ready on-site with her people around her and zero stress in the air. The whole morning was easy, warm, and full of happy little moments; some quiet, some goofy. The vibe? Cozy, calm, and full of anticipation.

A Ceremony with Suspense (and New England Timing)

The ceremony took place outside the greenhouse, surrounded by gardens and views of the river. Just as things kicked off, a massive storm cloud loomed overhead. Everyone held their breath. But the ceremony? Stayed completely dry. Then, bam…right after they processed away from the ceremony, the skies opened up during cocktail hour and everyone huddled together under the canopy. Total New England move.

Couples Portraits That Felt Like Summer Magic

We wandered through wildflower fields, golden light, and rows of blooms with Kaelyn and Evan just soaking it all in. They were playful and chill, the kind of couple that doesn’t need direction because their connection does all the work.

One of my favorite parts? THE ICE CREAM TRUCK. Everyone was cracking up over SpongeBob popsicles with melted faces, and it just added that perfect “summer vacation” energy to the day.

Dinner in a Glowing Greenhouse

Eating dinner under a glass ceiling while the sun sets and chandeliers twinkle above you? Yeah, it’s as dreamy as it sounds. The greenhouse turned into this cozy-meets-elegant dinner party, complete with lush florals, custom signs, and a literal Dr. Pepper tower.

There were heartfelt toasts, mid-bite laughter, and some guests very dramatically trying (and failing) to pop champagne bottles without launching corks into the greenhouse ceiling.

Playful Chaos, the Best Kind

Evan and his brother had a full-on lightsaber battle during the reception. And it was iconic. The kind of moment that reminds you weddings don’t have to be perfectly polished…they just have to be you.

Guests devoured cake and ice cream, ran in and out of the greenhouse for fresh air, and created the kind of happy chaos that feels like home.

The Dance Floor Glow-Up

As the sun dipped lower, the greenhouse turned into a glowing party haven. Music bouncing off the glass walls, Kaelyn and Evan right in the middle of it all, dancing like no one was watching.

Why I’d Recommend Greenhouse on the River in a Heartbeat

This place is unreal. It’s cozy, unique, and full of natural beauty without needing much decor. Whether you’re planning something small and intimate or a bigger celebration like Kaelyn and Evan’s, Greenhouse on the River just gets it. It’s the kind of place that welcomes you in, lets you be yourself, and makes everything feel a little extra magical.

If you’re the kind of couple who values comfort, connection, and colorful, offbeat moments, you’re going to love it here.
