Urban exploration, also known as “urbex,” is a passion for many thrill-seekers who enjoy exploring abandoned buildings and other urban areas that are typically off-limits to the general public. Sher and Ryan are one such couple who share this passion for urban exploration. In fact, they met in an abandoned location! They love the rush of adrenaline that comes from exploring these hidden gems and uncovering the forgotten history of urban areas.

As a photographer, I was thrilled to accompany Sher and Ryan on one of their urban exploration trips. They had chosen an abandoned hospital in the outskirts of the city as their destination for the day. The hospital had been abandoned for decades and was now overrun with vegetation and graffiti. It was the perfect setting for some stunning photos.

As we arrived at the hospital, I was immediately struck by the eerie silence that surrounded us. The only sounds were the crunch of old glass under our feet and the creaking of the floors as we made our way through the hospital’s corridors. Sher and Ryan were in their element. They were familiar with the hospital and navigated it as if they had lived there for years.

As a photographer, my job was to capture their adventure and document their exploration of the hospital. The hospital was a treasure trove of photographic opportunities, with its peeling paint, broken windows, and abandoned medical equipment. Sher and Ryan were fearless, climbing through broken windows and walking across boards of wood over gaping holes in the floor. Despite how crazy weddings can get, the adrenaline rush from this experience was incomparable.

In conclusion, urban exploration is not for the faint-hearted, but for those like Sher and Ryan who are passionate about uncovering hidden treasures, it is a way of life. As a photographer, it was an incredible experience to capture their adventure and document their exploration of the abandoned hospital. The photos tell a story of urban exploration, of adventure and discovery, and of the thrill of the unknown.
