One of my favorite things is when I can click with a couple right from the beginning and talk with them for hours – sometimes forgetting I maaaaaybe should be taking photos instead of getting wrapped up in a conversation about Rick and Morty. Jessica and Pedro are that couple for sure. I had such a blast walking around with them. They’re the type of people who can make you laugh in any moment, enjoying every minute of life together and making sure to have as much fun as possible.
What I love about these two is their laid back demeanor and how major life events aren’t so much of a big deal to them, and just a natural part of life. They met online (as so many couples do now! The internet is amazing!) and after awhile of talking and realizing their bond, they agreed to meet with eachother in a public place (as you do when you could’ve been talking to a robot online the whole time, of course.) Their first time ever meeting in person was at a rest stop on the side of the highway and after realizing neither was a robot, talked for ages and fell completely and fully for eachother. And so now rest stops get promoted as a romantic getaway in my book forever the end.
On Jessica’s birthday, September 2016, she became Pedro’s fiance. On Facebook. Pedro had set their relationship status to engaged, and she accepted, thus launching friends in family into a whole bunch of confusion and bombarding Jessica with phone calls and messages. And of course, as official as Facebook official is, Pedro later asked Jessica to be his real life wife. Officially.
These two are so perfect for eachother and share such a fun, lighthearted love. They’re the type of people to immediately make you feel welcome and as if you’ve known them for years. I can’t WAIT for their wedding in October!!
And a killer couple <3
