Kay + Brad // A Stylized Couples Session in Fort Wetherill, Jamestown, Rhode Island
When I first moved back to Rhode Island from Connecticut after two years, all I could think about was how excited I was to shoot at my favorite locations again. Rhode Island provides some of the most stunning shorelines and amazing parks along them, an absolute paradise to spend summer days at. Fort Wetherill has been one of my favorites since I first picked up a camera - an abandoned place right on the coast of Rhode Island. Covered in colorful graffiti with tons of interesting passageways and rooms, Fort Wetherill provides one of the most unique locations in the state.
Kay has modeled for me for years, even way back before I started doing weddings. After seeing photos of one of her and her boyfriend on Facebook, I knew I needed to reconnect and get them in front of my camera. So SO happy I did!
They posed so effortlessly together, getting so into the idea and giving it their 100%. Punks not dead, guys. It just manifests in the most interesting people. And also goes to the beach.
