Note to all couples: be more like Chelsea and Mike. They're adorable. Too adorable. I gave the story of their engagement on the blog post from their engagement session and it's a story that would make anyone smile. I've known Chelsea for about five years now and by far the happiest I've seen her was after Mike came into her life for good. She would talk about him with this light in her eyes, so excited about the future, knowing exactly what she wanted and never having a doubt in her mind that Mike was meant for her. Once, when we were out to eat with mutual friends a couple years ago, I remember her saying, "when you know, you just know." And seeing the way Mike looks at her, you just know he's been thinking the same thing all along too.
This wedding made my life. After six months without a wedding, I was counting down the days to this one for what felt like the longest time. It was so worth the wait. Chelsea, with the creative, english teacher mind she has, poured herself into the details of this wedding.
Okay how amazing is this bouquet? Chelsea made the book page flowers herself, adding in colorful buttons and pins. It's just so her.
While the girls were getting ready, Chelsea sent me off just down the road to see what the guys were doing.
You know. Just chillin.
By the time I got back to the girls, it was go-time.
Rest in peace, any dry eyes in the room. Chelsea and her dad had father-daughter moments that would make a robot cry.
Before the ceremony, Chelsea and Mike shared a moment before seeing eachother to read eachother's letters.
AND THEN SWINGS HAPPENED. THAT'S RIGHT. SWINGS.
There's a reason you never hear of bustling being the favorite part of the wedding day.
