Laura & Nichole // Cranston Country Club Wedding
Get comfortable everyone. This one's a doozy.
I'm crazy about how this wedding came out and being my own WORST critic, that's big for me. Thank you to Mastin Labs for making my editing process so much easier and for helping me finally find the style I truly love. Thank you to the gorgeous venue with perfect lighting and so many vivid colors. And especially thank you to this beautiful couple so in love with eachother it shows in every photo. It was almost impossible to narrow down my favorites for this blog post.
From the initial consultation with Nichole and Laura, we completely clicked. Even sitting down with them for something as boring as contract signing turned into a fun laughing session. They're so easy going and so much fun to joke around with and any moment I got to spend with them, it felt like hanging around with great friends. It was amazing getting to know them and take pictures. I'm almost depressed that their wedding day is over!
First time seeing eachother after hair and makeup are done!
When I first learned the date of their wedding was 7-11, without skipping a beat I jokingly suggested we hang out at 7-11 before the ceremony. With some time to kill after hair and makeup, they were completely on board with it! These girls are the best.
Loitering is permitted only on your wedding day ;)
After some loitering -hehe- we went our separate ways for awhile. It was so nice to be able to catch our breath during a wedding day. We met again after a couple hours at the venue where they were getting ready together with their moms and Nichole's sister.
Laura wore these amazing shoes during the day and I think things like this should be done all the time.
I love an officiant who steps to the side during the first kiss!
I fully believe the biggest smiles in humanity occur during the walk back down the aisle.
They both looked absolutely flawless.
The details were perfect. Nichole and Laura made sure to incorporate their dog into the centerpieces along with a lovely, vibrant color scheme.
How cute is this idea?!
The grandest, happiest entrance of all time.
For their first dance, Laura and Nichole danced to Sea of Love by Cat Power which has been one of my favorite love songs for years. I got chills.
Best cake eating ever! Had to make it a sequence! Nichole, you're a riot. Laura you were stronger than I would've been. I do not take cake stealing lightly.
The dance floor was on fire that night. I don't think these two ever took a break. The energy of the room was infectious!
It's Tammy and Sean! Love getting to catch up past clients at other weddings.
No wedding is complete without a break dancing kid.
It really amazes me how humans are capable of saying everything with just one look. No words needed.
